Please help my family

I’m a queer autistic mom of two toddlers and my boyfriend has stage 3 stomach cancer and together we take care of his elderly disabled mother with Alzheimer’s.

We’ve been hit with misfortune after misfortune after misfortune literally nonstop for the past couple of years and we are struggling severely.

Our car got totaled by a hit-and-run, my boyfriend had an episode that required an ER visit in which one of the nurses damaged his dominant hand so severely that nerves had to be taken out and he’ll never have full movement again, and so many other horrible things keep happening that I’m about to lose my head.

We are dirt poor and we just got screwed over again.

After losing his bike due to a car running him off the road, my boyfriend had to order a Lyft to go to work and they overcharged him. When he reported the overcharge, we got charged yet again to the point where we’ve paid 4x the original price and now our bank account is completely empty until he gets paid later this week.

We have no money for diapers or food and where we already got a box from the food bank last week, we have to wait until next week to pick up another one.

Please help us. Literally anything you can send helps right now because we literally have nothing.

We just counted the last of our nickels and pennies to buy our sons something to eat tonight but we have literally nothing else. Even just sharing this post so the next person can see it helps.

also in slight of that post about nancy and barb’s friendship: the friendship is only seen through nancy’s side and only actually deals with nancy. the fandom only cares about nancy in this dynamic they in no way care about barb and what them being friends meant

also it’s kind of wild to me how many people take barb’s line of ‘this isn’t you nancy’ so seriously when nancy’s intentions that night where to fuck steve. but also because we just assume that they’re friends for a while we just think they know each other like the back of their hands but do they? we don’t get enough insight into their friendship to actually know what their dynamic was like. there’s not enough information given to say ahh yes they know each other in ways that no one ever could know. because this isn’t the dynamic that we get!! the dynamic we get in canon is more ‘we’ve set up this girl’s best friend to die and this is going to haunt her’. we only see their friendship in a few scenes which is when they’re in the halls where steve comes in, in barb’s car, when they’re on the phone, and at the party. that isn’t enough for the audience to understand what this dynamic is actually like.

it’s very likely that the two don’t actually know each other that well even when they were friends. we just don’t know who they are as friends. even when they are shown together on screen you can feel the distance and then the dynamic we only get after one and a half episode is nancy being haunted by barb’s death! it’s just that their dynamic wasn’t actually supposed to be well developed and we weren’t actually supposed to see them as these close friends they claim they are. to me their dynamic has always been more about the haunting of barb’s death than what their dynamic is actually like because we never know what their dynamic/friendship is!!

the audience isn’t actually connecting and emotional with nancy and barb’s friendship - the audience is more connected and emotional by the fact that nancy looses a friend. not the fact that it’s barb and weren’t not actually mourning this friendship - we’re mourning nancy’s innocence and the fact that she has to go through someone she knows dying

Ya’ll remember the end of season 1 up until season 2 where Will failed to tell Mike he coughed up a slug and was having ‘now memories’ or even now where he still hasn’t told him that he is homosexual? Did Will not also try to lie that he was doing ok up until the truth was forced to come out?

They pick and choose which events in the show fit into their headcanon and try to base their arguments around it, completely dismissing facts that contradict their arguments. Hypocritical?🤨
